Privacy notice

This notice covers the JamiPay pilot waitlist. JamiPay is still in early development and does not yet process live payments. We'll publish a fuller privacy policy, compliant with South Africa's POPIA, before the product handles real contributions or payouts.

What we collect

When you join the pilot waitlist, we collect the email address and bank you enter, plus any optional details you choose to add, such as your group's name and size. We ask for your bank so we can see which banks pilot groups use. Your submission is processed through a third-party service that delivers it to our inbox.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to you about the JamiPay pilot, for example to confirm your place on the waitlist or ask follow-up questions about your group. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist submissions only for as long as needed to run the pilot programme, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time, by emailing the address below.
